Downtown LaGrange Development Authority Facade Incentive Grant Program
The purpose of the Facade Incentive Grant Program is fourfold:
1) To promote facade rehabilitation in the DLDA district;
2) To preserve the unique character of the downtown's historic buildings;
3) To encourage improvement to facades of non-historic strucures; and
4) To encourage the use of quality materials in the rehabilitation of downtown properties.
The DLDA is making funds available for facade improvements. Commercial tenants or property may receive a grant equal to 50% of the actual improvement cost, not to exceed $1000.00.
